Mohan Pillai, Epsilon’s Managing Director & Principal  Consultant has over 25 years of diverse experience in managing FMCG  Businesses  across MEA and in other parts of the world. He has worked with Kraft Foods, Mondelēz International and Inchcape Marketing Services in Senior Sales and Commercial leadership   roles prior to his current role at Epsilon.  Mohan has extensive commercial leadership experience in Businesses across MEA and Asia Pacific regions. Both at Mondelēz and at Kraft he successfully initiated and  implemented numerous projects on White space expansion, Business Integration, Route to Market, Retail execution excellence, Business process optimization and Sales Capability.  He was  Zone Director  for GCC and MEA markets at  Mondelez and at  Kraft Foods. As  Director in  the Global Sales team of   Mondelez, he led the development and deployment of the Global Sales Automation project in Emerging Markets for Mondelēz.   He has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an  MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University,  The Netherlands. He is also a Certified Master Trainer from  Master Training Institute at Ferney Voltaire, France.
